MONDAY 1-2 -5.35 UNITS

Here are tonights selections:

5 Units Florida State +1.5 -110

Georgia Tech (16-4 SU, 12-7 ATS) just could not get by Duke in a key ACC clash, losing 82-74 SU. Georgia Tech now has to travel to VERY SCARY Florida State (15-6 SU, 7-5 ATS). Florida State has been the Home Court GIANT KILLER, beating both North Carolina and Wake Forest at Home. Tech should be a little nervous. State is a stunning 12-1 SU at Home and only allowing 61 points a game. Tech is only 4-3 SU on the Road and is allowing 73 points a game. Sophomore Guard Jarrett Jack (13 ppg, 6 apg) will lead Tech after a nice effort against Duke. Tech won both games last year but not by a lot. Florida State will probably mount another ACC trophy on the wall in front of the home fans here.

5 Units Indiana U +3 -106

Illinois' Luther Head hit five 3-pointers and scored 18 points and Deron Williams scored 15 points and had five assists to lead the Illini (R: 3-4 SU, 2-4 ATS) to a 67-52 win over Michigan Saturday. Williams also had five rebounds and Dee Brown scored 13 points for Illinois (13-5 SU, 4-3 Big Ten). Roger Powell is the team's most consistent player, averaging a team-high 13.4 points and shooting 63.4 percent from the field. Indiana's five game winning streak was halted by Michigan State 84-72 on Saturday despite 29 points from Bracey Wright and 14 from Marshall Strickland. The Spartans made 59.6 percent of their shots, and held Indiana to 42.1 percent. Indiana (11-7, 5-2) had won five straight -- including three on the road -- for its longest Big Ten winning streak in six years. With a chance to take sole possession of the conference lead, the Hoosiers (H: 6-3 SU, 5-4 ATS) lost their 11th straight game at Michigan State. The Illini got their act together for the Wolverines after getting beaten by 20 points at Wisconsin last week. They were outshot, outhustled and outfought by the Badgers. The Hoosiers are real tough in Bloomington and after the loss to Michigan State they'll be ready. Close game here with plenty of defense. Both teams held at home last year with the Illini getting a second win in the tournament 73-72. Home court is the edge.

7 Units Marquette -12.5 -101

TCU (R: 1-3 SU, 2-2 ATS) lost to Memphis 75-69 on Saturday. Corey Santee scored a season-high 21 points for TCU (7-11, 3-4), which led 67-62 with 3:38 remaining. Marcus Shropshire scored 17 points for the Horned Frogs, and Chudi Chinweze had 15. Femi Ibikunle grabbed nine rebounds. Marquette's Steve Novak hit eight 3-pointers en route to a career-high 30 points as Marquette snapped a three-game skid with a 77-70 win over Louisville in Kentucky. Taking a page out of teammate Travis Diener's book, Novak was 9-of-16 from the floor - 8-of-13 from the arc. Diener meanwhile added 17. Long range shooting was the difference: Marquette went 11-of-21 from 3-point range, Louisville went 1-for-16 from 3-point range in the first half and trailed, 30-27. TCU is struggling to shoot and score, and Marquette is at their best when they're winning with defense and popping treys.

10 Units Oklahoma State -8 +103

On a 5 game winning streak, Oklahoma State (R: 3-2 SU, 2-3 ATS) is tied sitting atop the Big 12 after John Lucas took control at crunch time on Saturday and scored 15 points in a 70-66 triumph over Texas Tech. Tony Allen added 20 for the Cowboys. Lucas made four foul shots in the final 12 seconds to seal it and avenge an 83-62 loss at Texas Tech on January 10. Texas A&M has lost six straight. A&M went the final 12:41 without a field goal as 18th-ranked Texas continued its dominance at College Station with a 69-59 Big 12 Conference victory. Texas shot just 36 percent from the floor (24-of-66) and the Aggies could have stayed close by hitting their foul shots, but they finished just 19-of-31 from the charity stripe. Andy Slocum hauled in 18 rebs. A serious manpower shortage here for the Aggies, should be a ho-hum win for the Cowboys.

10 Units Florida -4 -108

Tennessee played some inspired ball and got past Florida 65-63 SU. Florida (13-5 SU, 9-5 ATS) now comes Home and gets Kentucky. Kentucky (13-4 SU, 5-9 ATS) will be extra surly after losing to Vanderbilt, 66-60 SU. Last season, Kentucky dumped Florida twice. The Gators will be looking for a Home Court victory. On paper, Florida’s 86 points a game at Home should be enough to get by Kentucky since they are only posting 68 Road points. However, Kentucky does usually manage to choke off teams defensively. The Under in UK games has been the play 9 out 11 times. Florida’s Guard, Anthony Roberson (17 ppg, 4 apg) needs to have a huge game. He was a little less than adequate against Tennessee and really needs to step up against UK star Gerald Fitch (16 ppg, 4 rpg). He is Kentucky’s clutch man. Florida should get the Home and Home split this year.

Good luck tonight my friends,

Aloha Allstar, I with ya on 3 of 4 plays. Like the Florida play alot. Followed a solid source who just pounded the game and fades the public all over Kentucky.

-I also am following a strong systems play on the Under in this one , as the Public is incorrect in moving this line approx 73% of the time. Maybe you might want to check you numbers as well, seeing as you also play alot of O/U's. Gl and lets bank tonight , Aloha CC.
